Westbound + Wandering | Hitting the Road Tomorrow!

Tomorrow marks the start of our very first out of province big trip, (big big big trip) alone together. James and I have spent the past week getting his parents’ beautifully outfitted Roadtrek ready for this adventure west to Whistler. This has always been a bucket list dream, and I can’t believe it’s finally here.

I’ve dehydrated meals to keep us fueled on the road, and we’ve packed our life as minimally as possible. Just the essentials for three weeks living on the move in our cozy home on wheels.

We’re incredibly grateful to James’s parents, Donna and Marty, for watching our dogs, Bessie (18) and Nala (5). Knowing they’re in such loving and capable hands gives us so much peace of mind and even more freedom to fully enjoy everything this trip has to offer. We'll miss then so damn much.
